1. Visit DOWNinc.com, click “CURRENT TRADE PARTNERS in the upper left hand corner.
2. Login – your username is generally the first three letters of your name and the numbers associated with your mailing address.If you’re having trouble with your password, learn how to reset your account here (link coming soon).
3. Once logged in, under the Product Categories menu on the left-hand side on the screen, click Quick-Ship (3 business days).
4. This will open a window with our 7 product categories:
– 10″ duvets
– Sleeping pillows – classic and compartmented
– Endure down blankets
– Sham fillers
– Sheet sets
– Pillow Protectors
– Tencel mattress pads
5. Select the product you want, then add to cart.
Include only Quick-Ship in your order to receive it within 3 business days. If you combine Quick Ship & our made-to-order manufactured products, they will ship under our normal lead time (5-15 Business Days).
