By entering Down Inc.’s facility, I acknowledge that I may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information, including but not limited to product development, client names, processes, materials, and business operations. I agree not to disclose, photograph, record, or otherwise share any such information without written permission from Down Inc. My agreement to these terms is effective immediately and will remain in force indefinitely.
